Rental Contract

The rental contract module allows you to quickly type in a contract, print, and deliver it to the customer by fax or email. Loaded with the most advanced incremental search lookups and communication tools, you now have the ability to produce a contract in seconds and maintain your billing and account receivables efficiently. Here are some of the highlights of this powerful module:

For ease of mutual understanding with your customers, all contracts are assigned a unique rental number
The rental contract entry screen allows you to select the bill-to and ship-to company by using quick customer search that automatically displays the customer’s address, phone #, fax #, email, URL, terms, credit limit, discount %, and tax code (as necessary)
Using a line item tab you can select the main division of the equipment you are renting. The system will automatically filter all applicable sub-division equipment under that main division. This makes equipment selection more accurate and time-efficient
Type in rental start date and re-bill date
The system calculates total contract days
Information such as exchange date, extension order, sales rep, purchase order #, job #, and method of delivery can also be entered in the contract entry screen
When renting multiple items, the system automatically calculates the rental price for each item. Type in any freight or miscellaneous charges and the system will calculate the total invoice amount
