FurnitureWe utilize our powerful furniture sales software to provide for the needs of retailers and sales reps. It includes the following modules:

Inventory: This module includes an inventory entry screen that allows you to type in all major information about inventory, such as item number, item description, supplier or factory, price, status, category, size, and specifics such as weight, color, square feet, in stock, and on order. This screen also allows you to scan and save an image of the item in JPEG, BMP, or GIF file format. You can do a quick search by item number, reconcile inventory, and print sales tags. Inventory reports are a major feature of this module. A best-seller’s list based on volume and dollar amount can be printed for the top 20 best-selling items within a given date range.

Sales Order: This module controls sales order entry where, using a quick search, you can select a customer, supplier or factory, order date, order status, start date, due date, item on order, remarks for each line item, comments for the entire order. Once you select an item, the software automatically pops up the price. Finish and hardware types are available when entering an order. You can type an override price and the price extension is automatically calculated. Once the order entry is completed, it can be printed, faxed, or emailed.

Invoicing: In order to collect payments, your billing mechanism must be able to submit invoices immediately, right after shipment, and be able to record invoice amounts in all required modules. Year-to-date and history totals are available with detailed drills on the invoice entry screen. We allow you to print, fax, or email an invoice once the merchandise is shipped and to print reports such as outstanding invoices on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

Customers: The customer information entry screen allows you to type in a customer number, company name, contact person, bill-to and ship-to address, phone, fax, email, and remarks. If you are a salesperson, you can type in information such as salesperson, store owner, store manager, the day of the week the store is closed, customer type, and sales rating. Customer analysis reports can be printed to determine the customer’s activity for current and past years.

Export to All Major Accounting Software: Our furniture software system will allow you to export data to Quick Books, Peachtree, and MYOB accounting software. By including this export feature, you now have the power to invoice accurately and effectively, giving you and your accountant an edge on keeping track of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and bank reconciliation.
