Leads
- Entry screens allow you to type in all necessary information for new leads, including debt amount and lead source.
- Helps to turn leads into clients
Proposal
- Create and print a proposal letter, or create a proposal that can be submitted electronically.
- Full budget disclosure entry screen allows you type in the information required by all major creditors.
Clients
- Once a lead becomes a client, the client entry screen can be used to edit any existing information
- The client entry screen also contains information such as payment history, creditors' names with account numbers and monthly amount due, and any other pertinent comments
- Print client's welcome letter
- Quick search is available to find a client by client number, first name, last name, and/or social security number
- Provides the ability to enter information about a joint account
- Balance updates are available automatically.
Creditors
- On the creditors entry screen there is room for creditor's information such as remittance address, proposal address, fair share billing address, and other pertinent contact information
- Identify the payment terms such as fair share collection method (deduct or bill), fair share %, wave, reduction %, and special comments for the terms
- Mark down if the creditor accepts electronic disbursements on multiple accounts
- Separate tab is available for any necessary notes.
Payments
- Client’s pay-out setup allows you to save information such as payment due date, total amount due, creditors, account number, and proposed amount due for each creditor
- Payment entry screen allows you type in the actual payment date, amount paid, and money order/check number
- Payment history is available on payment entry screen
- Payment increase screen can be used to change the monthly amount due for any creditor and inform the client either by email or by printing a payment-increase advice letter.
Disbursement
- This module allows you to disburse your payments to the creditors on a periodic basis
- On the disbursement screen you can select a client and the system shows the amount to be disbursed.
- Click on the “Disburse Button” and the client payment information will be collected in a different grid showing all clients' payments to be disbursed, with total clients' payments and total disbursements at the bottom.
- Once you click the “Proceed” button the system will print the pay-out letters for each creditor.
- Every pay-out letter contains a listing of clients with their account numbers and the individual amount disbursed
- After printing the pay-out letter the system alerts you to get ready to print the checks
- If you have pre-printed checks with your company logo, the system prints the checks in order in which it printed the pay-out letters
- Electronic disbursement generates a file required by the creditors.

- Master list of leads sorted by state, city, and zip code.
