Our apparel system characteristically offers the following powerful modules:

All modules are fully integrated with the most popular state-of-the-art accounting packages such as Peachtree, Quick Books, and MYOB. By integrating our modules with accounting packages, we allow our customers to efficiently and cost-effectively maintain sales, purchases, accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, check writing, and bank reconciliation.

The Order Processing Module allows you the freedom to type in an infinite number of sizes for each style when entering an order. Orders can be printed on pre-designed forms or on customized existing order forms and can also be printed, faxed, or emailed individually or in batches. This module also performs order analysis by printing lists of under production orders by due dates and sales rep. Sales rep commission is automatically calculated when an order is entered. Sales reps can take the orders on their laptop while on the road and synch it with the database when they return from a sales trip. Sales reps can also log into the system using remote accesses software such as PC Anywhere.

The Invoicing Module maintains the sales (from order through shipment). Select the sales order from the invoice entry screen and type in the quantity shipped next to quantity ordered for each style and color. The system calculates the extension. With the shipment of an order, inventory is automatically maintained by the system. You can either print an invoice or we can create a feature that will allow you to fax or email an invoice to your customer. By exporting invoices to any state-of-the art accounting software, we allow you to apply payments and maintain your account receivables. Billing reports can be printed for any given date criteria during the billing cycle.

The Customer Entry Screen shows you customer information, including year-to-date and history totals. With the click of a mouse you can fax and email any information to your customer or launch their URL without going to the Internet. Our apparel system controls customer orders status and account balances using the order-by-order method. Outstanding orders can be listed for any customer by entering the customer code or you can print a year-to-date customer activity report. Customer labels can be printed in a number of different sizes.

The Vendor Information Module is mostly used by sales reps. This module controls vendor entry, inquiry, modification, deletion, showroom fee, and commission percentage. Yearly order, showroom fee, and commission reports are available for sales reps.

The Inventory Module controls product inventories. The styles entry screen shows details about a style and the picture of every style in BMP, JPEG, or GIF file format. Because the Order Processing and Invoicing modules are integrated with the Inventory module, any entries made via order modules are automatically subtracted from inventory.

The Fabric/Trim/Labor Module can be used to track Fabric, Trim, and Labor pricing with all “on order” fabric, trim, and labor costs. Fabric, Trim, and Labor pricing information needs to be entered only once and can be updated seasonally. While typing in the trim cost for a style such as button, zipper, or thread used per unit, the system automatically calculates the total trim cost. By default, you can maintain a cost per yard for any total number of different fabrics. The labor pricing entry screen lets you type in labor costs such as cut costs, sew costs, and miscellaneous costs.
